How do you guys determine the Evaluation Factor of your website/business?
For example, let's take a website that nets $500 per month. It requires about on average 5 hours of work per month, some months a lot more.
What do you think the evaluation factor would be for a web site like this? Would a factor of 10x to 14x be reasonable?
So for this example a factor of 10 the value of the website would be $50,000.
