Hello Forum, I am grateful I can give you a smile when my words present ignorance.All that is just me growing up.come Monday I am printing off CENTS and the topic of how to turn a idea into actionable steps and solve problems.I am going to find my value or die trying. Present day my plans is to take the next three months and learn public relations I have quite a few web pages on the course bookmarked and classes go from 900 dollars down to 93 dollars but pay off is these jobs pay close to or over 100,000 as I learn I am assessing myself to see where I bring value. I have over 10 years as a social media volunteer, over 4 years in maintenance of property so looking at possible landscaping business still working on details.I also know Gallup says my strength is in learning so I know I need to hire doers and learn with them when possible. Rough draft of what I have planned present day still needs tweaking. Plan B keep looking for problems to solve not what I perceive as a problem but what others are talking about. The forum has a good way to do this already posted.It may also open a door to a new invention some day just because my first idea tanked and my patent expired does not mean I quit or give up.

Chilolo yes,this is progress from slowlane to fastlane I am not covering the 14 years spent in a huge learning curve to get from sidewalk to slowlane . A lot of that is already in the forums in one post or another

Day 4 read 11 pages of unscripted and installed ziprecruiter and indeed apps from Google Store to read up on job descriptions. NOT JOB SEARCHING ,VALUE SEARCHING reading requirements on jobs I have familiarity with such as chat room moderator seeing where they can be used to solve problems. One problem I learned it can address is Suicide. HOW MANY COMPANIES : Do you think loss of just one valued employee to suicide is something every one in the company from CEO on down is affected ?

Day 5: Wrote out a plan and three things I could do today to progress in my goal in a notepad. For the present moment I will have to keep you in suspense and keep the plan and goals a mystery.

Day 6 through 8 , Researched websites for writing reviews .Gathered 12 for PPR pay per review turning this into a part-time gig to earn as I improve in writing. 25 EPR exposure per writing allowing my reviews to be seen by as many eyeballs as possible. I also have a punctuation checker, a rules of Grammar and a mindfulness app on my Samsung to support me in my goal to better writing. Not to mention I downloaded around 50 inflated to concise writing tips. I have job apps coming from indeed, zip recruiter and social sale rep the point of this is to keep informed on requirements .The goal here is to work on my value .I am also keeping my eyes and ears open to a possible side hustle .

Social Sale Rep seems unreliable I feel my paying $200 for a lifetime membership may have been a mistake.No refunds and it is what it is but they do still offer a small amount of education that seems time worthy.

To Summarize:
We have gone over in this post a week worth of action steps to go from the slowlane to fastlane some may have been a waste of time and some productive use of time. However; in conclusion.
I see this has potential I have over 2 years experience in live chats as a moderator and have been an active participant of social media engagement for over 10 years.Somewhere through my writing and research I am confident I will find a side hustle worthy of my skills and talents that may open a door to my fastlane. Feedback at this point is welcomed.

I have been trying to learn and master the wrong things based off information I have gathered in my journey.I am going to stay working in maintenance to fund my education.

Get a Google Certification in Market Analysis and develop it into a specialized skill. Then build a business model around that skill. . The timeline to accomplish it ten years but shutting blinders to everything else. I will continue to work on oral and written communication that is a foundation block. Just now I have a map and not just driving in any direction.
