We are looking to raise funds for our app/web service called GrabGenie. Its a peer to peer service, where users can tag items they need and GrabGenies in that location will pick them up and deliver them. We have been looking at using crowd funding to raise money, but because its not a product we are weary that it might not be worth the effort. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we could crowd fund for a service based business? My thought was perhaps finding a product on Alibaba that we could customize to our brand, offer t-shirts, etc. We tossed around giving out free grabs, but because we are starting in a centralized location, we didnt want to limit it to just people in that area.
