I think the guys/girls who start companies and produces products/services that help society, create something of utmost value. Actually the greatest value you can give is from something you create and distribute to the world (with a vision of a better tomorrow).

Its is easy to destroy, but hard to create and build. Both of them (destroyer vs creator) has two totally different work ethics. Two different kinds of thinking patterns as well.

This is so, so true.

My whole life has been dedicated to growth and learning new things. Love this.

Nothing makes me feel better than helping something (or someone) grow.

Weak people (and those who are just unhappy or dissatisfied w/life) learn early on that's it's much easier to destroy (or prevent growth).

In fact, it takes so little effort to destroy something.

Quite often, I've seen this behavior in those who want control, but are unwilling to work for it. They gain control by destroying others.

The previous industry I worked in had a few folks like this. They became (sadly) very powerful-- it literally took hundreds of people to counteract their destructive actions.

Two of them wound up being kicked out of companies they had founded, one b/c he bankrupted it, and the other, b/c no one wanted him there.

A sad legacy for a founder. :smxE:

I like this guy's style. He exercises in front of 8 screens. He has a slide in his house. He has wall to wall white board (and on the ceiling).

Very interesting man, this guy is.

I think this has a lot to do with the situations that we all ask about from time to time, such as, getting family members to get "it", I argued with my neighbors, stuck in slowlane mindset, etc....

Until that person is willing, they fight in a negative manner because, "you can't do that if I can't."
