For the business my wife is creating, I would like to know the limitations regarding the use of song lyrics within a product she will sell. She is basically creating personalized items that sometimes incorporate lyrics from songs that apply to the theme of the item.
Does anyone know (directly) if this is alright to do without getting permission for use of the lyrics? If not, do you know of any sources that outline this subject? I haven't found much specific info.
