just what it says on the title
i want to develop a business just like Uber/Lyft but with having another service that they don't have.
it would be great if i can collaborate with them, but i dont know anything about coding and business also.

is there a way i can collaborate with them?

OR

in trying to start the service via instagram or from a website.
concept is great, if i advertise right then it could possibly lower down DUIs.

i just have an idea but dont know where to begin. any mentors? :)

Hi KcX, I get the drift of your idea. To be so bold, I have a better one that is probably a bear to get off the ground but grabs a much bigger clientele than the too ripped to drive. Greg

I've been seeing ads for a company called Gopuff, who delivers convenience store foods like candy and icecream to you. Other than that, I don't know how you can be different from the other companies unless you look for a niche like venue oriented delivery. I recently had Lyft pick me and the Ms. up from Universal Studios and the dude had no idea about the different zones and parking spots. I wish I could just tell him pick me up in zone 3A and he would understand that.

A lot of big airports have this feature built in. When I flew into LaGuardia, you had to mark your zone.

there is nothing to do with delivering stuffs.

There's no reason it can't be executed in a different market, or even in the same market.
A close friend of mine left the US to start a competition with Uber in a non-American market. Uber is feeling the heat there already. He doesn't know a line of code, but has business acumen.

It's more about who you are, and what you really want to achieve.
Some make grand proclamations, some go out and put in the work to make grand things.
