I'll start this intro with a confession.

Hi. My name is Christine, and I'm a mental masturbator. A Wantrapreneur. An action-faker.

I read The Millionaire Fastlane and said "Wow, this book is going to change my life!"

Then I read The Great Rat-Race Escape and said "Might as well change my name to Trotman, this is MY life MJ is describing! Now I'm REALLY going to change!"

Both times, I FELT I was telling the truth.

But did I take any real action to start on my Fastlane life?

No.

I watched Alex Hormozi YouTube videos. And listened to My First Million. And read Never Split the Difference. And "analyzed" about 50 "ideas," ultimately abandoning all of them.

In other words... a ton of "busy" consumption that made me FEEL like I was making progress.

But no new skills were learned. No product was developed. No actual sales were made.

No tangible result that I could point to and show that I've done something... unless you count my YouTube history.

Just a bunch of mental masturbation and self-congragulatory bullsh*t.

F*ck, even this post is an action-fake.

But that stops now.

I have a business idea.

Is it my Fastlane business? Probably not.

But it WILL help me LEARN the ACTUAL skills of product development, copywriting, lead gen, making sales, customer service, and all the weathering-the-storm skills that only come from making the leap and falling flat on my face.

And most importantly... I'm STARTING.

So my pledge to you, true Fastlane Miyagis, is this:

1. I will use this forum to document my progress through an accountability thread.
2. I will search for answers to my questions in the vast library of gold-nugget posts by those giants on whose shoulders the rest of us seek to stand.
3. I will provide value in any way I can to my fellow action-takers.
4. I will NOT read through every thread... that is an action-fake, and I'm breaking that addiction now.
5. I will NOT post questions without thoroughly seeking my own answers first.

And if you're like me, and any of what I just said resonated with you, let's remind ourselves everyday...

Stop masturbating, and get the f*ck to work.

Welcome! I feel every ounce of what you said, and I've lived it more than I'd like. Forgive the cliches, but they're proven... Move the needle. Take action. Put one foot in front of the other. Just do something. You'll be surprised at how much that makes a difference. I look forward to seeing your progress.

I thought I'd start at 18, then i started college. Now I'm 20 and realized if I keep pushing this dream I'll be 40 in no time paying for my own kid's college and stuck. Best of luck!
