Computer graphics video for educating customers

I would like to create a computer graphics based video to help educate the public on how to use our company services. This would be an overhead 3D animation of an outdoor urban scene with a map of our equipment. Each piece of equipment would be highlighted one at a time, and the process for using the equipment would explained. This would be very similar to the HeadBlade website where the public is given easy to understand instructions on how to use their product.

Like the HeadBlade, my concept is easily explained in a video but more difficult explain and understand quickly with written word.
