STEP 1:
Instead of listing all the things you would like to be or have in the future, you list all the things you don't like first. That's very important because this is going to give you a feeling of anger and make you accountable for whether you are going in the right direction or not.Example: being very fat. not being able to get a girlfriend. being broke to the point where you can't afford a cardboard box to sleep in.
STEP 2:
Now that you know what you DON'T want in the future it's much easier to know what you WANT in the future. Write down a list of things you must do to stay on track with your other list.Example: Having a healthy, fit, and muscular body know how to socialize and communicate. Build a business and get the freedom you deserve.
STEP 3:
Use the 10/5/1 strategy, and voila! You've got yourself a plan!STEP 4:
