Hi all,
I do a lot of freelance web development work through sites like UpWork, etc. Needless to say, as a Top Rated Seller on UpWork their's no shortage of new projects.
However, with all the volume of new clients I get as a freelancer I have never landed a single client when acting on behalf of my LLC (WebDev, LLC) even though I go to many networking events and pass out tons of business cards.
So knowing that people can contract out work to businesses here's the magic question - Can I contract out the freelance work I get from UpWork under my name (John Bryan) to my LLC (WebDev, LLC) or will it be some type of business conflict since I'm the sole owner of the LLC?
