Anyone have a good resource for an icon collection?

Spent HOURS today looking through iStockPhoto.com, Google images, & various icon sites and can't seem to find a complete collection of what I need. I find a few, but not all. And I would like to keep them all within the same "theme", so it doesn't look hodge-podge, if you know what I mean.

Just an update to this thread - I found another resource today, probably the best one yet - 99designs.
I didn't realize they offered a button / icon design contest on there until I seen it today.
