I have the opportunity to buy a 2008 Hummer Stretch Limo for a very fair price that could be a good compliment to my current business.
This was bought by someone I know as a toy for themselves though they rented it out some. It already has five licensed drivers established.
Doing some rough calculations, I believe we can generate $6,000/month in revenue (that's less than 8 hours/week) and I estimate variable costs on that to be $1,500 between gas/drivers, etc with fixed costs of $3,000/month ($1.2k car payment, $1.2k insurance, & $600/mo maintenance).
What are your thoughts? Any experience with the Limo Business? How do my estimates look?
