Business in the medical field?

I will be moving to the Uk soon by next month hopefully. I will be starting work as a doctor, working in the nhs. However, as we all know that is the slowlane. I want to be able to generate cash flow and I am looking for pathways that are similar to the medical path to start a business in the area. I cannot think of any and I am thinking of doing real estate. I am not sure it is possible in Britain tho. Anybody if anyone has a a genuine idea as to what unique businesses I could get into in the medical field?

Why does it has to be medical field related?

As entrepreneurs, we find problems in any field and try to solve it. Do not restrict yourself to one area.
