Building Passive Income Online Through Digital Sales

To be entirely honest, I don't exactly know what I want to do, but I have some general vision. I know I absolutely want to get into real estate investments in the near future, and I'd like to explore opportunities in the Chinese market (in real estate and other opportunities). I've been to China twice so far, and I really think there is huge untapped potential, especially with the large amount of capital outflow from wealthy Chinese. I have some connections and flexibility to travel, so I really want to take advantage.

While many Chinese people speak some English, knowing Mandarin (Chinese) is a huge barrier to entry for most, and learning it will give me an edge. I'm currently learning to speak Mandarin (Chinese) at a local college, and I would like to be at least partially fluent with speaking within the next year. I am also looking into obtaining a real estate salesperson license in that same timeframe. Getting a license will save me money when purchasing my first property (as well as other perks).

In the meantime, I want to build some passive income online, with the eventual goal of saving $100k-150k within 2 years for a downpayment on my first rental property.

I would like to focus this thread primarily on my goal of establishing massive passive income, to support those long-term goals.

Products to Launch within 3 Months (in this order):

• 1 WordPress plugin ... by Feb 2016
  • Product: Has several competitors, each with their own flaws; I have essentially identified a problem among existing solutions, and I will be creating a better consolidated solution for a slightly lower price and better overall marketing; the competitors currently gross about $2k-$8k/month each on various theme/plugin marketplaces, so my goal is entirely feasible
  • Avg. Price: $33
  • Goal: Achieve $500/mo sales revenue by May 2016 to start, then I'll set higher goals
• 1 Amazon Niche and/or Affiliate-based Site ... launch by April 2016
  
• 1 iPhone Game ... launch by May 2016

I won't go too in-depth into my actual products or specific strategies, though I may share links once they are live. But I will update this thread once every 2 weeks with relevant, succinct updates on my progress.
