Hello
I hope that some of the gurus here can answer my questions about lead-gen websites. I am starting to think with this model and how to create a website with this model, whiles doing some research on what markets are still open for the taking (most are over-saturated by now)
But I dont want to sound like I am skipping steps here, I know I have to find a niche/market before I get to this step, but I am thinking the 2nd step is whats going to cripple me.
First step is easy, as i said, find a niche market, make a website thats easy to use and highly visible with Google, so that consumers can find the site easily and fill out information for companies to bid on their request.
Second step, is what i have problem formulating. In essence I am building a directory of businesses of this particular niche, but how do I get the database of these businesses? Do I just go about searching online and recording them into the dbase? Is this how MJ did it with limos companies? and then, after that, do I contact each and one of them individually asking them if they want to enroll in my lead-gen website so that I can send them confirmed leads for a fixed price per lead? Doesnt this second step take months and months to do even before you can launch ur website to consumers? Is this how its done? Massive emails and phone calls to businesses?
Please let me know if there is a short-cut or a way around this, but if this is the only way, please let me know if i am on the right track.
Thank you:yourock:
