Bringing More Customers Into Our Service Business?

To preface, my family owns two full service car washes/detail shops and my father and I were trying to figure out what we could do to increase the volume of customers we see at one of our locations.

A couple notes on the business:

At this location we currently wash between 300 cars on the slower days and up to 700 on busier days with an average day of about 450 cars
We're somewhat active on social media but a majority of our customers are either repeat or drive by's
We rank naturally in the top 3 on google in our area but aren't actively managing/optimizing SEO
We are located on the busiest road in our city which has a population of 322,000
Our highest volume day was about 1,100 cars but with our current labor we could do around 900 cars in a day
We worked with a marketing agency in the past but didn't notice a substantial difference in volume even though the agency was very active and attacked marketing from multiple angles

I would love to hear if anyone here has any tactics or ideas from a marketing perspective that we could implement to increase the inflow of customers to the business. Thanks!
