I'd love to hear some discussion from fellow forum members.
Just finished reading myself few days back and this book got me spending a week straight 3 hours a day workouts after waking up.
my brain has literally rewired itself to think "good, this is wat it feels to be alive" whenever i feel the pain of pushing through my laziness to get shit done.
This book will make you fall in love with pain. You will love to push urself and strive for more, and you will thank the powers that be for every day u can suffer your way upwards.
And anytime u think u went a bit too hard and deserve a breather and take a day off, ull remember the extraordinary shit that goggins had gone through, and ull keep going.
Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
