I would say your hobbies that disconnect you from the hustle should be outdoor related and, ideally, require physical exertion. This compounds the benefits of the hobby by giving you much needed movement and outdoor time. Most people do not exercise enough and it is detrimental to their health.

Get outside, move around, and have fun while doing it.
