Hello everyone! As said, I have been around for awhile and have been amazed at the information and resources available here.
My interest/focus/target is RE investing and rehab. I have 5 properties, 4 being two families, and one commercial property with an upper apartment. I have just finished rehab on the comm. property and it is fully leased to a franchise that should be long term.
My life changing event to the fastlane was after a divorce. After feeling sorry for myself for a few weeks I went to the bookstore and found Napolean Hill's "Think and Grow Rich". That started the process of many more books and a transformation of my way of thinking! My motivation and focus has never been better! I have a definite plan and know i will get there. What is amazing is that it has helped all aspects of my life, not just investing.
