Autopilot program or outsourcing

I bought few domain names few weeks ago and put up a single page on each one of them. Now I am getting few unique visitors everyday from search engines without doing anything. It's kind of waste to buy the domains.

Now I know people are searching for the keywords I put up there. However, I don't really have time to do any work on the site. I have two options in my mind.

1. Autopilot program to automatically insert content
2. Hiring freelancers to write for it.

Any suggestions on Autopilot program? I know it sounds unethical, but this is just one of my flip site experiment.

BTW, the site is related to a new approved drug by FDA. The drug will soon be available at counter. I would like to turn around and sell the site in the future.
