From Military to Civilian: Resume Translation Here's a good link about translating MOS skills to civilian skills. There was a good website that I stumbled upon years ago that literally would spit out resume terms and civilian jobs for your MOS code... can't seem to find it.
Here's an except from my resume that I use.
You want to take skills and show how responsible you are, your leadership, and your flexibility.
So, being a grunt fireteam leader would be something like.
You get the basic concept. Emphasize team leading, personnel management, and objection management and make it sound corporate.
