We are going to be dumping quite a bit of money into fb ads this upcoming spring for our lawn maintenance company. Over a period of about 150 days in the spring we will be spending 40 grand or more and we want an expert who can work with us to get our lead cost under $15.
Right now we are getting leads for right around $20 and sometimes less in some areas. If we can push it to under $15 in our current markets of Washington State (south of seattle) and Salt Lake City, then we will be able to scale up and really blow things wide open.
We don't even need a huge improvement, we just want someone who's a certified killer at facebook ads to give us some help.
Currently....
Our targeting has been a mix of either a sloppily thrown together lookalike audience of our current customers, or just advertising to people over the age of 30, sometimes 50%+ income sometimes not, all in our service area.
Ad creative has just been a before and after photo of a lawn along with some basic copy. It offers a deal starting at $79 a month and it opens a messenger conversation with an automated script to get them to give us the address and their phone number.
That's all we've done. We've spent $30,000 since January and we are at $50k+/mo revenue. (we've been operating since late 2018 though)
If you know what you're doing, we'd love for some help.
You can give some advice and I can do it myself.
You could charge a fee and take a look under the hood and offer some advice.
You could manage our campaigns for a fee.
Whatever works. We just want to get our lead costs under $15 this spring. That's all we really care about.

I've just been doing everything myself and it's starting to become difficult to justify it since we are now going to be spending a full time income just on facebook ads and I'm neglecting the attention it takes to manage campaigns efficiently.
Our revenue goal for this next year is 1.2m. I haven't missed a revenue goal yet and I don't plan to.
We will need to add 375 customers minimum, worst case that's about 750 quotes and 1500 leads. So if we are paying $15 a lead that's $23k in ads to get us to our 1.2m/yr goal. I think we could spend more, get 2500 leads, 1250 quotes, 625 signups and increase our revenue to nearly 1.7-1.8m if leads can be that cheap.
