I've been interested in mobile homes for a while now since reading the "How to Create a Mobile Home Money Machine by Lonnie Scruggs" thread on this forum. Has anybody got any experience of investing in mobile homes in the UK? I think this would be a great way to get on the real estate ladder but I don't really know what the market is like in the UK. It seems that most mobile homes are used for holiday use rather than living in so does this mean that there are more cash buyers on the market and less people wanting finance? Any information you have would be appreciated.
