Any shopify expert can give me some advice please? I have s many add to cards and checkouts but i dont get sales. I want to know why, if you can help me, do it please

The first thing to do is to ask a friend to go to your shop and try and buy something. Your figures are high and the first thing I would be thinking is that it's a tech problem with your cart.

You could contact the Shopify help centre to discuss the issue as well- The Best Ways to Reach Shopify Customer Service in 2022

They might even be able to redirect you to in-house experts.

Perhaps you've installed some plug ins lately?

Check your store shipping costs.Use an sms app to send abandoned cart messages. Buy a domain too.

Is the user experience such as navigation and layout of your website optimized?

This could be a reason worth looking into perhaps.

might want to install a screen tracker app like Lucky Orange to see users behavior. Would be helpful to see the actual site as well but I understand not wanting to share it.
