Hey guys I'm looking for a side hustle. I'm interested in maybe web design or email marketing something niche. I don't know how to run ads or do any coding. Does anyone have any advice for me? Niches I should go after, great service to provide?

Just be careful when you are wide open for options it can be a trap that keeps you going in circles or standing still sometimes.

I like to visit places where money is being made and take notes.

Like Sold Auctions. Empire Flippers, Flippa etc.

Before you even create an asset see what is being sold that investors find appealing.

Sellers sometimes share some pretty incredible details.

Also an email list is an asset and a great pursuit.

But think ahead. How will you scale.

Did you pick a market that spends, potential for premium services etc.

Think Recurring options. Big Ticket options. Outsourcing.

Follow the people excelling at it.

If you wanted to Affiliate for a Product/service/software try to pick one/s that include some type of training to help you succeed.

Also be sure to keep in mind the climate we are living in now.

It presents challenges but also opportunities.
