Hello to everyone,
I am a 40+ year oId guy running a family owned business with my wife in Budapest, Hungary.
I am the business owner, the chef, the marketer, the consultant, BOH and a little bit of everything else. My profession is actually Chef.
We are a small vegetarian restaurant with 2-3 employees.
The business itself is a succes, yet still it's a marriage to slowlane. Consumes 90% of the time, hardly finding free space to self-development, family, travel, or just chill out. That's the case if you work 60-70 hours/week, and that's why leveraging in efficiency at any type of business is so important to me.
We, -as restaurant- are on the stage almost 5 years now with one premise only.
We love it, passionate about it but it's a killer job on the long run.
We are our on bosses and our own slaves with no Lambo, but Volkswagen
plus a family house on the countryside waiting to be fully refurbished, but not until we have the cash.
Overall we are living a decent life comparing to the avarage here, but want to aim more and ready to give&offer more for that aim.
Looking for new ideas, new path to step on and getting out of the daily treadwheel at the same time.
