Amazon kindle or own website?

I finally finished writing my quit smoking book. I never thought I'd get there.

Now, this is my first book and I'm learning as I go. The question is: should I sell on Amazon kindle or through a website of my own? Or a combo of both, and every other selling platform I can find?

Does anyone have any advice or recommended reading regarding how to sell and appropriate marketing?

It's been polished up by an editor and it's looking pretty slick (slightly biased opinion). I cannot believe how much getting an editor improved it, was a bit worried at first. I never thought I'd make it to this stage. Now I just need to sell a bunch of them.
