Amazon has been one of our largest revenue streams when selling our brand of personal care goods and we are looking for ways to optimize our campaigns and customer knowledge.
Does anyone know of software that will help sift through tens of thousands of orders of customer data to extract important data points such as
Customer Retention, Average Number of Reorders, Days/Months between orders, New Daily Customers obtained, demographic details as they pertain to orders and reorders, Etc
We can obviously start sifting through all this data manually but would take hundreds of man hours to make an effective spreadsheet and keep details on an order by order basis to understand some of the customer shopping behavior of our products.
Any insight on where to find these capabilities would be great !
