Hi @eTox thanks for sharing your experience building a dropshipping business - I think this is very kind and helpful of you! For context, I run an ecommerce business and order inventory from suppliers so my business model is different from yours.
My question for you is in regards to what you do for marketing / what your marketing strategy looks like. You mentioned that you only do TikTok but plan on getting back on Facebook. Can you expand a little more on this? For example, for TikTok are you just producing / posting content yourself or are you mostly reaching out to TikTok influencers and paying them (or giving them free product) to produce content? If you do pay them, what does this look like?
Also, what about landing pages? Is this a big part of what you do? If so, any tips here?
Lastly, at some point you may want to consider ordering some inventory (your highest volume products) and having a 3PL fulfill it for you. Just run the numbers to see if it's cheaper to fulfill this way (vs having the product be sent from China) and also consider the faster fulfillment time as well. Shipping containers are currently very cheap so this is a good time to take advantage of this if this is something you are interested in. The process of getting set up / working with a 3PL is fairly simple so if you need any tips on doing this, just let me know.
Thanks again for being so generous with sharing your experience and knowledge!
