Hey guys!
I've been building a team of AI agents using Hermes and I'm enjoying it more than I expected.
The idea was simple: I have gaps. I'm a backend engineer with zero design skills, English is not my first language, and I hate doing repetitive tasks. So I built agents that cover those gaps.
Here's what I have so far:
X Growth — Helps me grow my X account. I'm using X to share my work and eventually attract clients.
Writer — Writes and polishes text for me. This post was drafted by me, cleaned up by him.
Designer — Creates profile pictures, infographics, whatever I need for posts. I don't do design.
Coder — I can code myself, but this is faster.
Personal Assistant — Has access to my calendar. Reminds me of things, helps schedule calls.
Butler — Controls the smart home gadgets. Lights and blinds for now.
Orchestrator — The most important one. When I want to create an X post, I tell her and she coordinates the Writer, Designer, and X Growth agents, then delivers the final result. She also creates the other agents and fixes communication issues between them. Essentially my Chief of Staff.
None of this is making me money yet. I'm just wasting less time and having more fun.
But I keep thinking: most companies have the same gaps I have, just at a bigger scale.
Should I be monetising this? If yes, how would you approach it?
