I live in a tech hub in the US (Austin) and I'm more than several months out of college and into my web development job. It's 100% remote, US based, and US sized salary, so I'm generally happy with it.

But it's pretty close to 9-5 M-F. And since it's a startup (<50 headcount ) and given I'm the least experienced person on the engineering team, I feel a lot of pressure (some of it self-induced) to produce that is draining my time/energy for entrepreneurship. I hear this pressure is one of the common downsides of working at a startup. Although the upside seems to be seeing a business taking steps in liftoff mode.
