The next factor has to do with the location. Although, I do my best to determine if the location will work, there are still going to be many unknowns that won't be learned of until time passes. But, all things equal, several years.Out of curiosity, how long are you looking to lease?
Agree!Whats great is you have an ACE Hardware across the street
Fortunately with this one everything as it is will work without any alterations. And, I've always been respectful with people's properties. The last one I altered I increased the value significantly by putting in restrooms and a sewer line, and a parking lot. Plus I upgraded the electric. All to code of course inspected and city approved.I ask because I wonder if some of the owners may not want you altering the space then moving out a year or two later.
