Just wondering if anyone on here has or is suffering from 'Adrenal Fatigue'?
I posted here on the health & Fitness section a while ago thinking I had Bi-Polar 2 but I finally realized it was simply adrenal fatigue, and the lack of sleep literally drove me nuts.
Anyway I am on the road to recovery now finally, and I was wondering if anyone on here had gone through it and wanted to share their process, tips or techniques etc in overcoming or 'treatment' of it.
What worked and did'nt etc.
I am eating as much whole and organic foods as I can but not currently taking any supplements, set to get some Himalyan Rock Salt next pay day.
