I've had this problem for years where there's a task that I need to do but don't know how to do it and it's complicated or hard and because I don't have the answer there, I give up pretty much instantly or if I look at the task and think I won't be able to figure it out (which sometimes has been the case), I'll just give it up (at least temporarily), then I'll procrastinate for a while, feeling like crap and the whole cycle repeats itself.
Has anyone had a similar situation to this? I get discouraged pretty easily, I think part of it is that I need small wins constantly to keep myself going.
