This is a true newbie question... I have an idea for a website that would require a lot of interactive functions and special programming for a unique site navigation. I've done the research and know there is a market for the idea but I have little to no experience with design and programming, other than making a site using a simple template for contact information years ago. I know what the functions of the site need to be and I even have the layout and content drawn up on paper but I have no idea how to put it to work by getting it on the web. What would you do if you were in my situation? I think the ideal situation would be to find a programmer/designer, possibly a partner, that I can work with one-on-one and would stick around to correct problems with the site and maintain it's functionality after it launches but I'm afraid this might cost like fifty thousand dollars! Any advice would be appreciated.
