I have been a member of this forum for long and I finally took action starting a lifestyle business in my current employment niche.
I work night shift and I have experienced most if not all the shortfalls associated with it, however in my search for personal development and ways to improve my general well being I found a gap - the wellness/personal development space do not cater to the millions of people that work the night shift ( almost all health/lifestyle guru will tell you to wake up early whereas a night shift worker hasn’t even slept all night ).
So I decided to start creating content educating and sharing tips and solutions to problems affecting night shift workers.
I do not have any prior experience in content creation but what better way to learn than to start and improve along the way?
Anyways, I created nightshiftershub - already have a website going, a YouTube page but I’m stuck on how to create buzz and build it into something long term and scalable.
It meets the CENTS commandments but only if built properly.
I would love to have your perspectives on it, resources I can use to improve and build and any other advice I can get….even a roast ( but with a constructive fix )
