- Started making playlists based on time of day/mood (helps me focus + improves mood and mental health).
- Don't eat until 2pm (easiest way to lose weight for me).
- Capture insights/thoughts/observations into my notes app so I can clarify them and don't think about them all day.
- Read my personal principles & aphorisms every morning to get my mindset right.
- Read on my iBooks app throughout the day when I have free time.
- Got an AMC movie pass membership (see up to 3x/week for one monthly price) with my friends we try to use once a week.
