Hi everyone!
My name is Dana and I am 30 years old. I currently own 2 vacation rental cabins and a small property mgmt company that looks after them. My intention is to be able to be financially independent in the next 5 years. I intend to have $10k a month passive flowing in at a minimum. I also intend to invest in 2 income generating properties a year. I am just getting going on my journey and am a willing student of all things real estate and business! :banana: ...I also love this dancing banana guy and find him to be sadly under incorporated in posts- but not for much longer!
