Basically it lets you add a popup offering something in exchange for an action.

In my case i want to grow my Youtube channel so i offer a small % discount in exchange for the user to subscribe to our Youtube channel (there's interaction options for loads of social services - say you want to grow Instagram, Facebook or Twtitter subs).

If you're already getting traffic this could be a fast track for you to bulk your social channels!
