Hello everyone, I started actively following the forum a few days ago, and in this short period of time, I've been able to learn a lot from your posts. From today onwards, I hope to contribute and help you all as well. Just a heads up, my English is not the best yet, but I'm trying to improve.
Well, I had a very difficult childhood. I came from a poor family. I didn't go hungry, but my parents really struggled. At the age of 13, I realized that none of my future dreams would come true if I just studied and tried to get into college. I wanted a luxurious life for myself and my family.
At 14, I looked for a job to gather information and gain some experience. My older cousin had a friend who owned a sports-related store, and that's where I got to observe how sales were made up close. When I got home, I would go straight to the computer and study programming. To be honest, it wasn't something I enjoyed doing, but I knew it could be important in the future.
At 15, I started trying some small online businesses, and they all failed. But I value the experience I gained from each of them. That same year, while searching for knowledge, I found a post on a forum recommending the TMF (The Millionaire Fastlane ) and it completely changed my life. Honestly, I was skeptical at first because of the title, but after a few pages, I realized I had struck gold. From that point on, I pushed myself to put into practice everything I learned from reading the book.
At 16, I had a fastlane mentality. Whenever a new idea came up, I would put it through the CENTS framework. I kept failing countless times, but I already knew it wouldn't be easy, so I never let my failures get me down.
At 17, I started working on a more complex project. I spent the whole year without feedback, in the dark. I kept going and going, and finally, I launched my idea into the market, and guess what? The market loved it. Now I've started scaling my business, always evaluating and adjusting.
At 18, I finally managed to leave that city I hated so much. I finally improved my parents' financial situation and had more time for my social life. To be honest, it's still far from the ideal life I aspire to, but I feel like I'm finally on the right path.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank @heavy_industry for emphasizing the importance of a healthy diet and physical exercise. When I started having access to things I couldn't eat before, my eating habits became very poor without me realizing it. My productivity started to plummet. I remember seeing a post from you a few months ago where you talked about the importance of good nutrition. Seriously, after seeing that post and changing my diet, I feel completely rejuvenated.
