OK so this really isn't my 1000th post. I believe it's 1004 or something like that. I got caught up in my progress thread before and didn't realize what number I was up to.
Anyway - It's been about a year and a half that I have been a part of this family/forum, and I must say, it has been more than I could ever imagine when I first signed up for it. I wasn't a big forum guy, so I didn't know what I was getting myself into. It turns out to be one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I've met so many great people, became friends with quite a few (most who I cant wait to meet at the B&P), gained a wealth of knowledge, and most importantly, read stories and talked to members who inspired me to get to where I am today. I am so thankful for everything that anyone on this forum has ever done for me or helped me out with. Screw the damn government helping me!!!! I must say that without this forum, I probably wouldn't even be close to the point I'm at right now. You guys are the ones that helped me get where I am!
And I must apologize for not being around to help everyone out as much as I did in the beginning. For the first year my focus was to learn and to help out in any way I possibly can. Even though those are still my goals, I had to shift most of my focus on my business as of late. I found I was spending too much time on the forum and therefore not getting as much accomplished as I should. That's when I started to work on my business a little more and spend a little less time on the forum.
My hopes are to help out by 1) inspiring people to take action like I have (I have actually been inspiring so many people around me. It's funny how once everyone sees you starting to become a success, they start acting like you. I've been rubbing off on a lot of people. I must have gotten at least 20 people to read MJ's book and half to join the forum. Now everyone has an idea they want to get started on. The question is - Will they follow through!) . I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, so if I can do it, anybody can do it. If your dedicated and determined, you'll get it done! and 2) having people learn from any mistakes I made or anything that I excelled at. I know that my road wasn't perfect, and I'm still not even close to where I want to be. I hope that people have followedt my journey and learned from anything I did wrong or could have done better. I'm sure there were many things. At some point, I will go over every little detail and make a thread of everything I would have done if i had to do it all over again.
I will still try to remain as active as possible on the forum and am looking forward to picking the winner of the Fastlane Forum Competition. If I do not read every thread or answer any questions, please understand that I am a man on a mission right now. My partners think I'm possessed (I wish they were too, but that's a whole nother story for another day!). I know that I will become a success because I worked to hard for this and I will not have it any other way.
So on my 1004th post (or whatever it is), I say Cheers! I know there is much more to come, much more to learn, much more to teach, and many more friends to make!
Looking forward to meeting some of you eventually!
Just remember, If I can do it, YOU sure as hell can do it to!!!!!
Thank You MJ and Thank Everyone in The Fastlane Forum!! :fireworks::yourock:
