5. There is no terms and conditions
6. There is no credibility
7. It sounds too much like TV ads.
8. Award Winning Design Team? What award? Where is the prove?
9. There is only one signup form page (except it links to a third party web site in German?).

Why would someone trust a free services that has no credibility. What's the catch?
