Hi all from Dallas, TX.
I'm currently a desk monkey working in a big fancy building downtown. It's quite nice, because I'm surrounded by beautiful architecture, a few gorgeous women in business dress, and the occasional free entertainment from the homeless on the street.
It's a decent job with some perks. The biggest downside is the time investment, which requires me at the office 5 days a week from 8am-5pm.
I have a salary of about $62k a year, which in my bank account reflects as $4k net a month.
Now for the good part - my "side hustle" business which is marketing for local businesses has just reached $4.4k gross. I don't think it's enough to leave my job yet, but I decided that I'm going to get to $12k (because 3x my current income feels safe, but also responsible) which requires anywhere from about 4-7 more clients. I think I can hit that within the year.

By the way, I read The Fastlane Millionaire last year and I'm in the middle of Unscripted right now which is really making me angry in the best way.

- Retire my poor aging parents
- Pay off about $25k in debt
