Café owner from Berlin, selling her business, opening a new one

Hi guys, I am Juliane from Berlin. I am about the sell my very first business, a café (owned it for 13 years). Covid is not the best time to sell but I am sick an tired of hospitality b/c it does not give me the space to grow really big. I have been planning to open a new business, but "a new idea" has not worked out yet--somehow I have been thinking and doing this wrong, always money first and not the customer and product. I had to fall on my a$$ a couple of times and get scared out of my mind just as much before I understood: it is about creating value, not money in my pocket. I had done a few new business ideas with business partners, and they failed miserably. Yes, the universe is telling me to get off my a$$ and do something on my own. I finally wrote down my 1/5/10 goals yesterday. I am ready to do things on my own, the right way. Really looking forward to reading your threads, challenges and ideas.
