Since I came into this group I've seen a pattern of reaction from older members to the newbies.
We're kinda trolled for asking a questions y'all oldies deem naive.
Questions like;
"Should I go to college?
Should I get a job?
What should I do?
Should I learn coding?
It's investing Fastlane?
My idea isn't Fastlane, help!
I'm so depressed"
Etc etc etc

Now I want to ask this question.
Can y'all oldies please suggest ( or hint)questions newbies shouldn't be asking?
Thank you all in advance

Welcome! You've already asked an excellent question.

I'd say people get grief here because those questions you have listed have been asked so often there is a treasure trove of advice already on the forum, and just asking it again means you haven't taken the time to really use the forum to the fullest.

I believe that's the point. But I'm a bit of a newbie myself.

Well I guess over a hundred persons will still genuinely ask something like it before the end of this year.
So I guess if you guys answer well, newbies may just be directed to this thread before making their first ( please advise me)post.

@St borony - maybe, if the ”newbie” let’s everyone know what they have done before asking a seemingly basic question...(I.e. “I’ve search the forums for BLANK and I haven’t found anything usable or recent... could someone help with QUESTION”.

Doing this might get a better response... Just a thought...
