I want to start a LLC for an online only business with a bank account, but how to go about it? I am British, but live in Thailand.

Incorporating in Thailand is difficult for foreigners, so that's out. England has prohibitively high and complicated taxes, and since the business won't physically be in the UK, I don't see why I need to incorporate there. I thought about a BVI, though the requirements for connecting it to a bank account look difficult. Is incorporating in America and option? How about Singapore?
