Hi guys,

i am currently thinking of incorporating a company for digital consulting.
I am a German living in China. In my opinion it would be easiest to incorporate an LLC in Delaware or Wyoming to start with.
Our business is seeking clients in the US, Germany and Japan.

Wondering what's your experiences with the above mentioned incorporation and what i should consider ?
