Peer to Peer Lending Service Application That Allows Regular People to Stake Borrowers For Their Financial Requests?

I was thinking would it be possible to build a peer to peer lending application that would allow regular people to stake borrows on certain financial requests? The borrower would be anonymous, but the lender (regular people) would get access to the borrowers credit report, but any info that would harm the borrower to give out would be anonymized? So multiple lenders could stake a loan, the loan would have an interest rate to which the lenders (regular people) could make a profit off of? There would obviously be risk, but it would be up to the lender to decide if it was worth it to stake the borrower. Hopefully this makes sense.

I want to build a web app for generating a meal plan based on budget, family size, time, excluding unliked ingredients, and dietary needs (Calories, Macro-nutrients, Allergies, Gluten Free, Keto, Vegan, Dairy Free, etc.). When your meal plan is generated you get access to your daily/weekly recipes, and how to prepare them. You can save favorite recipes and use them more frequently I want to be able to add said ingredients to a grocery list allowing you to purchase said groceries from select retailers for pickup. Purchasing from select retailers would be the tricky part because I would either have to partner with the retailers gaining access to their inventory or scrape their web pages and somehow be able to populate the users shopping cart for them with the needed ingredients (or scratch this idea). I think a would prefer they not have to add each item individually There are a few other feature ideas, but I don't want to get to ahead of myself. Currently, I'm working on a landing page that I'm going to run ads to and see if I generate any interest through email sign ups. If there is a decent amount of interest I would then work on the M.V.P. and move forward from there. I do have programming experience, and design experience, but I would like to not waste my time if this doesn't follow the fastlaner mentality.

Would it be a bad idea to web scrape various different sources containing leads for real estate agents? I know there is competition, but feel there is still opportunities available in the niche.

You should type in your niche, type the core demographic served, select the current business model used by the established incumbents.

Then the app would come up with "disruptive" new business models that would turn the market upside down and allow you to build a fastlane business.

You should type in your niche, type the core demographic served, select the current business model used by the established incumbents.

Then the app would come up with "disruptive" new business models that would turn the market upside down and allow you to build a fastlane business.

For some reason, I get the feeling that these 'ideas' he's posting are paraphrases of existing successful businesses, market leaders even, and he's testing us to see is we'll pop poo them or not.
Then at some later stage he will reveal the results.
Or maybe he's doing some college assignment & needs research or content for his papers.

These ideas have such a familiar ring to them, I just can't put my finger on where I've seen them before.
