Hey guys, I have the opportunity of a life time . My Commander's (Army) neighbor is an air line pilot with many salon spas and he is currently selling one of them that last year(2008) netted $46,000 and grossed $208,000 although in 2004 it was grossing $50,000 a month. I have the financial statements to prove it. He is selling it for $50,000 and is willing to finance $20,000 so my question is how is the best way to get an investor for it, because the opportunity is great to pass up.
