Hi my name is David.
I have founded my company Pixel Logic GmbH in 2017 in Switzerland. I'm in the field of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. I'm a service provider for small businesses who want to get started to use AI.
My homepage: Home - Computer vision | Pixel Logic

The last 6 months I've been struggling with business development. I contact people via LinkedIn. I have spoken to many people of different areas like (medical, logistics, virtual reality, surveillance).
I have come to the conclusion that I need to narrow my focus of the company to one sector like AI and Robotics or AI and Mechanical Engineering. I'm not sure how to decide this.

One project I was looking into was fall detection for elderly people. I had a meeting with some interested companies but in the end I did not get the project.
So up to now I did not find any customers.

Hi Ennylee
that's cool. Nice to meet you!
I need to focus my business. The last 6 months I contacted people through LinkedIn.
The businesses where from different sectors like: medical, virtual reality, logistics, health care,...
This took me a lot of time. I'm not sure where to focus, probably into robotics. I'm not sure how to decide. Perhaps you have an idea?

Hi David Moyses!
I have gone through your company website and it looks really professional I must commend you on that.
According to recent trends, I will advise you look more closely at VIRTUAL systems such as build marketing Bots and other softwares needed for effective marketing. Reason is customers are always willing to change to a better software anytime if they feel the new one is better without much stress, and they are ever ready to purchase and make their products sale the more.
Secondly is HEALTH management software. I think this is also a blockbuster niche with massive helpless audience.

Hi David,

Just checked out your website and videos. Well done in getting so far!

What I am missing in big bold letters is your USP. This technology has been around for years and I am missing what sets you apart from the rest.

for example: how could your system improve upon the following process (blows my mind btw):

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bur5g2rvXog

So a few questions:
  1. I scanned through the website looking for Intellectual Property or Patented technology. Do you have any which could contribution to a USP?
  2. Are you aware what apple, google and testla are doing (i am guessing heck yeah)? Can you add value to their AI technologies, or use their technologies to better describe what you can do?
  3. Have you considered creation of plug-in development for Flutter? That is, AI plug-in technology for mobile phone apps/games, even fashion clothes recognition linked to stores? I think flutter is open source, but maybe you can sell this AI feature to software developers.
  4. Are you truly focusing on what value you can bring to these potential buyers? Are you giving that 99% and only asking for 1% in return. Only you know the potential of your product and your sales pitch should be tailored on the application for your customer. They need to believe it will change their business in a way that they couldn't live without.
Good luck mate

So you've got some pretty cool tech but don't know where to apply it.

What I would do now is take all the mid-level people to lunch at companies where I think I could add value. You want to learn from these people what are some of the biggest problems these companies are facing and how can you make their lives easier.

Also don't try to replace a persons job, especially the one you're taking for lunch! Just show how your technology can make their life/job easier. If you ever want to do a deal with a company, a mid level employee can be an excellent internal champion.
